Hello from ProjectComment!

This is such an old piece, it's hard to believe it never  received any critique! Let's see what we can do to address that, hm?

The colors are bright, vivid, and for the most part the proportions / anatomy of the piece are consistent. There are, for example, small details that help bring about a sense of life and 3-Dness, such as the small outline touch at the top of her hips, the thickening of the line on her inner thigh that is closest toward us, the gentle cup of her sex, etc. Good outline work, basically, is what I am trying to say, and that since you seem to have grasped the basics of what to do and how to darken /thicken certain lines to create a sense of volume on the subject, that the only way to see improvement in that area is to keep practicing, and to ingest / study other people who specialize in lineart detail. It's probably one of the most important details you can learn, because through outline alone we can actually eliminate the use of shading in cel-shaded cartoon-esque styles, like this one. ^^

And I could say the same thing for the anatomy, too. You seem to have a decent grasp on it enough to be able to comfortably draw hands and body shapes. The next step forward is to refine how they go together in a composition. For example, with this picture specific, one calf is notably thicker than the other, and her legs are not far enough apart for this to be a matter of perspective. Her biceps and shoulders create a triangular shape, which create a masculine illusion rather than feminine.  The breasts are very round, and I think would actually look more appealing if they were allowed to slightly sag into her chest. More natural, plump, and pleasant.

Another area for improvement is seeking more balanced postures. In the wild, animals use their tails for balance! So if she's leaning over to one direction, I think the natural path for her tail would actually be to swing the opposite direction. When picking postures for your subjects, try getting into the posture yourself, and getting into their head. Imagine what would feel natural, and comfortable for you, or in the case of a vulpine, what might a fox do to balance leaning over far in one direction.

I hope this helps!
